Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Aviva’s 3 brands growth in PCW market
Manage delivery of change initiatives on PCW Hopper list
Optimise new business and renewals to meet our trading goals
Feed market and new business performance insights into weekly performance meetings
Responsible for New business AB testing -setting and measuring uplifts in performance
Ensuring data is driving our trading decisions through Adhoc analysis and LTV modelling
Submission of planned quotes for PCW including forecasting of marketing initiatives
Understanding end to end new business and renewal performance across each product and PCW
Understand PCW mappings, questions sets and product add on offerings across products and how this affects performance
Essential Skills & Experience required:
Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market
Home / motor product & proposition experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across teams
Able to communicate complex analysis in a simple and effective way
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Analytics experience – knowledge in extracting and analysing data sets using SQL and Excel would be beneficial
