Our client is a well run and busy contractor whom are looking for a Commercial Lead to join their growing commercial division. This role would suit some body looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one.

You will ideally have 10 years plus experience of surveying and costing on residential and commercial projects. Our client have 5 years worth of work already secured in these sectors. Typical project value £500k-5 million.

Key responsibilities:-

Produce valuations and payment applications
It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements unsupervised.

Surveying of properties and pricing.
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting
