About the role

• Be our Brand Ambassador by delivering outstanding service to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients, underwriters, colleague's and IANZ members
• Provide expert insurance advice, based on clients individual needs
• Negotiate terms and rates with underwriters
• Efficiently and accurately process renewals, new business and endorsements
• Full time, 40 hours per week

Skills and experience

• Must be fully qualified Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services - Non negotiable
• Ability to prioritise an ever changing continuous workflow with tight deadlines
• In depth understanding of the claims process and support the claims handler when required
• Experienced in settling / journaling accounts
• People person with customer focused outlook
• Highest level of attention to detail required
• Efficient, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks daily
• Able to manage time and workload unsupervised
• Must be hungry for personal growth and business growth
