About the role
- Be our Brand Ambassador by delivering outstanding service to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients, underwriters, colleague's and IANZ members
- Provide expert insurance advice, based on clients individual needs
- Negotiate terms and rates with underwriters
- Efficiently and accurately process renewals, new business and endorsements
- Full time, 40 hours per week

Skills and experience
- Must be fully qualified Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services - Non negotiable
- Ability to prioritise an ever changing continuous workflow with tight deadlines
- In depth understanding of the claims process and support the claims handler when required
- Experienced in settling / journaling accounts
- People person with customer focused outlook
- Highest level of attention to detail required
- Efficient, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks daily
- Able to manage time and workload unsupervised
- Must be hungry for personal growth and business growth
