As a member of the Commercial Team, you will be at the centre of this transformation. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the Sales, Finance and Product functions to lead on support the delivery of all planning and reporting requirements to support the delivery of all commercial activities.

BAU activity for the role will include data extraction, investigation and analysis, report creation (utilising power BI), performance forecasting, target creation / amendments and PO ownership.

The Team

The TTWS Commercial Team is a vibrant and energetic team that plays a major role in the shaping and structuring of sales opportunities, informing product strategy, maintaining the customer base and maximising value by using our market, regulatory, product and customer knowledge.

We work alongside and support our stakeholders which include Sales, Finance, Product and Operations. Our team ranges from Analyst to Commercial Director. We are mainly based out of our state-of-the-art Soapworks building in Salford, however many of our colleagues are based around the UK.

We offer a very flexible working structure between being home based and office based.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Annual budget build with a 24-month rolling view.
• One truth view of operational targets aligned to budget commitments.
• Monthly performance analysis, insight and reviews.
• Report creation and distribution Data extraction, investigation, analysis and findings.

To be successful in this role you will need the following in your skill set:

Must have:

• A degree in one of the following areas: Maths, Finance, Economy, Business Analytics or any related area (Ideally a minimum of a 2:1) or working experience in an analytical role
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Excellent planning skills and be experienced in using Microsoft excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to prioritise / manage workstack, take ownership and show resilience when needed.
