Our Commerce Cloud Account Executives sell Cloud based B2C & B2B Commerce Platforms into a diverse set of customers from our General Commercial segment (350 emp. to 1000 emp.)

As an Account Executive within the Commerce Cloud sales team, you will formulate and lead a sales strategy within our Emerging markets (Africa, excluding South Africa, Greece & Turkey) You will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry a salesm quota to drive revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Winning mainly net new Commerce Cloud business revenue within Accounts according to the business plan
  • Hunting profile to open net new Accounts
  • Actively develop partnerships in the partner ecosystem to drive new business
  • Ability to do an initial demonstration of the Commerce Cloud capabilities
  • Position Commerce Cloud product and services and improve Customer’s impact
  • Negotiate and create product and service orders, contract addendum and renewals
  • Lead and develop existing contacts and create ambassadors
  • Weekly accurate forecast to sales management
  • Create business plan in collaboration with the extended team in order to drive net new revenue and ensure customer success

Position Requirements:

  • A confirmed sales hunter and closer who is Fluent in English (another language is a plus)
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong preference for E-Commerce/Digital Marketing (MarTech / AdTech) sales experience
  • Able to lead a sales process from the beginning to the end, autonomy is required
  • Passionate about customer success - active teaming with the extended team
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota preferably (e-commerce, digital marketing) SaaS solutions
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing
  • Confirmed commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level
  • Ability and validated experience with critical thinking and complex decision-making
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
