About us
We provide saliva-based COVID-19 surveillance testing at scale to protect New Zealand workers, businesses and vulnerable communities, and pre-departure PCR testing to international passengers leaving New Zealand.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated Collection Site Staff member to specifically work Saturdays and Sundays, however there may be additional hours offered during the week. 

Qualifications & experience
We are on the search for committed, exceptional person who has:

• Experience in customer service focused roles and/or hospitality, healthcare, retail or other customer facing roles would be desirable
• Candidates must be confident using computers
• Candidates should have an eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good listening skills
• An empathetic, calm, and caring manner
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team
• Medical qualifications and/or experience not required as full training is provided
• Above all, people with awesome people skills!

About the role

• Manage saliva-based COVID-19 testing appointments for hospital patients, international travelers and essential service employees
• Verifying the client and instructing them on how to safely provide a saliva sample
• Facilitating the collection site process for clients and fellow teammates
• Validating each and every sample for volume and quality
• Infection Control
