What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be producing authentic and highly valued leadership communications, developing communication strategies and briefs that support business priorities. Ensuring a clear and consistent narrative, you’ll work with your colleagues to create the look and feel of communication campaigns, advising stakeholders on the content, style and tone of messages.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Working closely with your colleagues across the financial crime hub to ensure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the bank’s wider agenda
  • Managing all communications deliverables, with responsibility for delivering against the plan at all stages of the project
  • Responsible for the control of distribution and sign off for all communications campaigns
  • Supporting the Culture & Communications Lead to deliver campaigns for key culture change initiatives and designing an environment consistent of Financial Crime understanding enabling colleagues to detect risks and prevent financial crime to the highest standard
  • Working with stakeholders and external partnerships towards the development and maintenance of collateral to enhance Natwest Group’s brand in relation to Financial Crime

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with lots of creativity and experience of planning and delivering employee communications. Strong consultancy skills will be key, and you’ll need good stakeholder management skills too.

Experience of delivering or overseeing communications events would also be beneficial.

Along with this, you’ll need:

  • Project management experience
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Networking and influencing skills
