The Finance Team is seeking an Intern to join our team from May to August 2022.  This internship provides the opportunity to work with the business unit for a global semi-conductor company.
 

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate should have a bias for action, high sense of teamwork, and ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gathers financial and resource data and performs financial analyses and reporting
• Assists the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term)
• Analyzes trends within the business and ensures alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives
• Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies
• Develop a strong understanding of the business unit and provide financial analysis to recommend methods for achieving objectives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft office software 
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi task
  
  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Pursuing a Bachelor degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or business
• Candidates should be pursuing an undergrad and graduating within the next year
