The Marketing & Sales Finance Team is seeking an Intern to join our team from May to August 2022.

This internship provides the opportunity to work in a fast-growing sales organization for a global semi-conductor company. This position offers the unique opportunity to dive into our commercial business and the processes that drive our financials. This will be a project-based assignment where the interns will first learn and understand our financial processes then asses how to make improvements.  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Business Operations and Finance
• Document various financial processes
• Identify pain points for each OEM or Distributor account
• Present potential solutions to key stake holders
• Document plan for improvements
• Execute improvement plan with assistance of support teams

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or business related disciplines
• Candidate should be pursuing an undergrad and graduating within the next year.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong results orientation
• Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal skills with ability to identify problems and collaborate with others to provide options for resolution
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft office software
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
