There are over 20 professionals working across machining and a further 10 or so supporting office staff including production planning, estimating, BD, finance etc etc. The company make a variety of precision machined components serving multiple industries - this robust approach has ensured that throughout covid they prospered well and were one of the few machines shops around to further invest in the equipment and staff.
Your role will be working on the milling machines programming, setting and operating using Heidenhain controls. They have 3, 4 and 5 axis Doosan machines that use fusion 360 and EZ Mill. The stations are very well-placed allowing for easy programming by the machine and ample room to work efficiently in. Quality is integral to everything they do, so you'll self-inspect and have a high degree of pride and attention to everything you machine.
