We are looking for a CNC Machinist with production machining experience. Someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and takes pride in doing a good job.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:    

• Work as a team with all leaders to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met.
• Interpret drawings, procedures to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Preventative Maintenance of machines and identify areas of inefficiencies.
• Comply with company regulations including the Company ISO Quality Program and procedures, policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
• Verify dimensions of machined parts or tooling.
• Full set up machines.

 

Requirements

• Graduate from a technical school or equivalent.
•  Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in numerical terms including geometry and trigonometry.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience  .
• Demonstrates experience in CNC Milling, turning, VBM and Horizontal Milling.
• Understanding of Metrology.
• Experience with CNC programming
