Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in Value Engineering, Business or Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or F500 Account Sales in cloud computing or technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in formulating board-level business strategies leveraging innovation frameworks.
  • Experience communicating and facilitating with the C-Suite.
  • Experience in or knowledge of infrastructure, platform, data, and/or developer operations technologies.
  • Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, value acceleration, and realization across cloud technology.
  • Knowledge of financial levers, financial modeling and project/program economics (e.g., NPV, IRR, etc.).
  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment.

As a Cloud Value and Transformation Advisor, you will use value engineering methods to deliver Board-Level justification and execution strategies, using deep relevant industry knowledge. You will engage directly with our largest customers to create a future ‘north star’ supported by compelling business cases, incorporating storytelling and strategy analysis skills. You will develop methodologies to grow business and technical value, as well as innovation opportunities with Google.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a cross-functional leader to craft executive-ready business or digital transformation propositions for premiere Google Cloud partners and customers (covering the customer engagement, from opportunity creation, to value engagements, and value acceleration and realization).
  • Deploy value promoting methodology and processes across Google Cloud (enablement and mentoring of Sales or core Account team).
  • Facilitate internal and external discovery workshops for customers' current and future states, with the goal of identifying, prioritizing, measuring, and validating the business impact of technology change and innovation.
  • Help Sales teams define account strategies and prioritize business initiatives based on value creation potential and opportunity size.
  • Publish, promote, and articulate relevant value based thought leadership, internally and externally.
