About the job:

You will work within our Platform Engineering team who are accountable for maintaining our AWS, Azure and Google Platforms. You will apply Agile values and principles to establish the scope, activities and responsibilities for each sprint. You’ll drive collaboration across our team, spanning multiple locations worldwide, facilitating discussions to measure progress, resolve conflicts and unblock issues.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Excellent understanding of Agile values and principles 

• In depth knowledge and practical experience of Scrum and Kanban  

• Strong stakeholder management skills 

• Ability to inspire individuals and teams to change and improve  

• Able to articulate complex technical problems to a technical and non-technical audience  

What you’ll get for this role:

• Salary of up to £45,000 National and £55,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
