A career in our Cloud Finance practice will provide you with the opportunity to help private companies with a range of business advisory services to resolve their day-to-day business issues and to help them achieve long-term success. Our team provides virtual, outsourced accounting solutions including monthly accounting, preparing monthly reporting packages, providing controller-level review and strategic business advice. You will ensure client success by acting as the first point of contact for clients, project managing deadlines and deliverables and implementing identified process improvements.

What you’ll create and do
The Client Lead is expected to bring the personal touch to an automated and technology-based service offering. The Client Lead takes responsibility for the client relationship, ensures the client is supported in our virtual service offering and is responsible for overall project management of the deliverables.
The Client Lead is responsible for project managing all deadlines and client commitments to ensure Cloud Finance is delivering as promised.
The Client Lead will be the primary contact for assigned clients, or groups of clients to help answer and/or triage (redirect to the appropriate individual) client enquiries.
The Client Lead will be responsible for collaboration of the Cloud Finance team with other PwC services to provide a united service offering.
The Client Lead’s duties will revolve around the client - ensuring that the client commitments are met and that a strong level of trust is created. This includes, but is not limited to the project management of client deliverables and interactions to ensure that service delivery is seamless.
The Client Lead is focused on enhancing the client experience – this involves both direct contact with clients and supporting the client service team with project management, administrative or other related tasks.

Requirements
Considerable experience in project management or senior administration – proven track record in providing support to a large volume of clients, experience in Project Management, Change Management or SaaS client onboarding is an asset
Project Management certification is an asset
Diploma or degree from a College or University is an asset
Experience in a professional workplace (accounting/law/investment firm) is an asset
Experience with deadline-oriented environment and managing projects with multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite of applications
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Fluency in a third language, including, but not limited to, Italian, Mandarin or Hebrew is considered an asset
