The role

An exciting role has arisen within our Clients Services team. The mission of the Client Success Manager is to nurture and grow the relationships with our B2B clients. You will help ROLZO develop the company’s sales and success approach and implement best practices for building a world-class organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Clients - Assess client needs and customise the onboarding experience to ensure they are adopting ROLZO and getting ROI;

Client Engagement - You will develop an understanding of why companies are using ROLZO, help to build the foundations of how we establish success and support their goals;

Analytics - You will analyse data to improve client experience;

Expansion - Grow and develop client relationships, ultimately contributing to user loyalty;

Client Advocacy - You will be the voice of our clients, you will collect and consolidate product feedback and champion their needs with the ROLZO Engineering and Product teams;

Scaling processes - Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, readying the business for scale.

Experience

Proven relevant work experience in hospitality, travel, or high-end retail;

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Building relationships is second nature, experience speaking with senior stakeholders;

A client-first mindset. You are driven to deliver a first-class user experience out of genuine care;

Product-driven - you have a knack for identifying problems and finding solutions;

Proactive - you are a self-starter that's always looking to tackle new challenges;

Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications, and automation.

Employment type: Full-time

Working hours: Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week

Working location: London based at our office in Mayfair and/or remote
