Who we need 
The Client Success / Admin Support will play an integral role in delivering seamless service to people taking part in our programmes. You'll be friendly, efficient and reliable as you assist our team in a supportive and collaborative way. You’ll be happy to pitch in to do what needs to be done to make sure things run smoothly. 

We’re looking for a team player who is great at attention to detail, good with technology/software, highly organised, and a self-starter. Someone who enjoys the challenge of learning new things will be a great contributor to the team as we skyrocket to the next level. We want someone with energy and focus. 

The role involves 
Your job will be interesting, varied and fast-paced. You’ll work closely with the Client Success team to help us onboard and support clients through their journey and support our team. The focus is on: 

  • Adding and maintaining client data in our marketing automation system (Salesloft) and Learning Management system (LMS) software, such as additions, changes and departures 
  • Creating and filing reports for clients such as assessments, learner progress, monthly progress/performance, user experience 
  • Collating and sending out programme materials, such as workbooks and completion certificates 
  • Scheduling, booking meeting rooms and ensuring things are ready for client and team meetings 
  • Ensuring office areas are kept to a high standard 
  • Taking care of post, courier arrivals and despatches 
  • Running general errands as required 

We’ve invested in a great platform of tech and tools. You’ll be proficient at using technology or a quick learner of tools such as:   

  • Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Teams  
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and Learning Management systems (LMS)  
  • Project management, such as Asana
