Our client is a market leader within the financial services sector and we are assisting them to find a talented Client Services Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will use your excellent organisational skills and initiative to support a team and be integral to the smooth and efficient running of their business.

 Job Requirements:

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of documentation
  • Maintaining and reviewing client files to ensure they are kept up to date
  • Arrange and assist with client meetings when required
  • Coordination and preparation of client functions
  • Assist with diary management and bookings

 Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written and a professional phone manner
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and work autonomously while following processes & procedures
  • Computer savvy and able to pick up and understand new technology and processes quickly
  • Demonstrate initiative, work prioritisation and be able to work under pressure
  • Be proficient with using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A relevant qualification in commerce or business is desirable but not essential
