As a Client Service Leader, you will play a key role as you engage and motivate your team, so they can deliver a great experience and outcomes for our customers.

What can I expect?

In the role of Client Service Leader, you will lead a number of Team Leaders, to ensure they are focussed on driving great outcomes for our clients.

The Partnered Recovery team are focused on partnering with clients who require a one-to-one relationship due to their intensive or extensive needs for as long as they need it. We work in partnership with clients with complex physical, mental health and/or individual needs to provide holistic support during the most critical parts of their recovery.
