A career within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients navigate the complexities of immigration law, including the management of their global mobility programs and support the movement and work authorization of their employees across borders from advising on and securing entry visas to obtaining permanent residence.

The purpose of a Client Service Delivery (Legal Services Specialist) team is to provide support to the firm by synthesizing external and internal data. The role is responsible for guiding the business in improving current or new processes through data analysis and establishing improvement and efficiency. In addition, handles data operations and produces reports for both internal and external client consumption, in order to provide comprehensive visibility to client immigration program usage and make strategic changes and improvements for optimum client service delivery.

    This role is in PwC’s Immigration Services Business. PwC has announced its intention to sell the Global Mobility Tax & Immigration Services Business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions and, in some countries, employee consultations. What you’ll create and do:

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Learning firm recognized tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power Bi and other tools such as Google sheet, coding/Lucid Charts, and applying them to areas where improvements and new business proposals can be implemented  

  • Actively supporting multiple work streams or projects 

  • Blending information from multiple data points to review complex sources. 

  • Detail oriented – paying attention to details to data and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality in an allocated time. 

  • Responsible for creating new business proposals to support firm decisions by working with various internal or external teams

  • Supporting in the generation and analysis of reporting for the client engagement(s), including engaging with global coordinating offices as well as client, where required
