A career in our Immigration practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, ongoing compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.

Our team works closely with colleagues in immigration and employment law, human resources and global tax services to deliver legal advice with a strategic, holistic business focus. You’ll join a group of immigration specialists that have the commercial acumen, the local contacts, and the wealth of experience to help our clients gain maximum value on immigration and mobility strategy.

As a Client Service Director you will be responsible for managing the client experience and operational relationship for one of our flagship client accounts. You’ll be the senior point of contact for day-to-day management of the client service team, escalations and client care .You’ll inspire and influence a team of 30+ lawyers and law clerks to deliver excellence in client service.

This role is in PwC’s Immigration Services Business. PwC has announced its intention to sell the Global Mobility Tax & Immigration Services Business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions and, in some countries, employee consultations. Further details will be provided if your application is successful.

What you’ll create and do

As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.

Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail

Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.

What you’ll bring to this role

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

 A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

Experience in business operational/process management

Familiarity with a variety of reporting tools, analytics for business purposes

Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software

Strong understanding of process design and technology

Strong executive presence and comfort in dealing with senior leaders
