About the Role:
This is a phone, email and chat system role and you will be talking to people about investment opportunities and the company products that are available. This role requires you to build rapport and educate clients on their best outcome. This is a fast-paced role and you will be required to think on your feet. The role includes client retention. You will have clear KPIs and targets that will help to understand what success looks like. There is an admin component to the role so attention to detail is a must.
