My client is in the financial services industry and assists customers with investments. They have a strong customer focus and a strong reputation to uphold in their market. They are investment market leaders, and this team has won multiple awards based on their customer experience skills and achievements. The office in based in Takapuna and hours are within regular business hours.

About the Role:  

This is a phone, email and chat system role and you will be talking to people about investment opportunities and the company products that are available. This role requires you to build rapport and educate clients on their best outcome. This is a fast-paced role and you will be required to think on your feet. The role includes client retention. You will have clear KPIs and targets that will help to understand what success looks like. There is an admin component to the role so attention to detail is a must.

About You:

We are looking for people that are naturally inquisitive and have the ability to delve deeper into customer situations to understand what solution fits them best. Other requirements are:

• Previous experience in a customer service role whether face to face or phone-based.
• We are looking for people with an engaging and positive mindset that can have positive conversations with prospective customers
• An interest in the investments industry with the view to progressing
• The ability to use initiative and work independently
• Good attention to detail when doing administration duties
• The ability to learn and use complex systems
• Good communication skills in written and verbal manner
• NZ Citizen or Resident or already hold a valid NZ work visa
• Clear criminal and credit history
