Job Description

As Client Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Be aligned to work with a panel of large corporate clients to actively support retention and identify opportunities for growth

  • Build positive relationships directly with clients and demonstrate value to all business partners through insight, with a consultative and tailored approach

  • Work with dedicated internal contacts to deliver a consistently high level of support by understanding client needs and demonstrate a comprehensive level of technical knowledge

  • Own the CRM activity tracker and deliver client insight through MI and bespoke to client demand

  • Work with internal stakeholders with regards to the GP claims proposition development

  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and intermediaries anticipating and exceeding expectations for Group Protection business

  • Identify key influencers and decision makers in order to develop and broaden relationships with key clients

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a corporate client-facing role in an insurance/broker environment

  • Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to positively create the right outcome for clients

  • Client orientated approach with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues

  • Excellent understanding of client needs and an ability to influence others to be innovative in finding solutions to meet client needs

  • Exemplary organisational skills and an ability to manage daily work within service standards whilst maintaining attention to detail every time

  • Strong presentation and creativity skills for designing and delivering client and broker presentations

  • Strong financial knowledge and ability to interpret and make recommendations based off financial information for improved business and client outcomes

  • Resilience to handle resistance and provide well-articulated rationale for change

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relay difficult messages and complex information

What will you get for this role?

  • Salary of £30,000 - £45,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications
