Position
Client Analytics & Insights:
- Working with HR and store on the allocation of ICON licenses. Supporting the stores with ICON trainings and working with Zone on key technical developments.
- Being responsible to achieve all KPI targets on appointments and wardrobing for the region.
- Being responsible to achieve all KPI targets on10k clients & 50k clients – and developing specifically these tiers of clients and developing further Zone implemented targeted client product lists.
- Working with the Client Development Coordinator and stores on specific lists and ICON templates.
- Monitoring and flagging of suspicious clients – support Finance & STEERCO on targeted and ad-hoc client analysis.
- Working with the Client Development Coordinator on the merging of client profiles.
- Partnering with Zone and the Country Training Manager on all Client Development trainings and leading all Monthly Clienteling Clubs.
- Support the Client Development Coordinator on all LV Book publications.
- Work with Zone and RPM Manager on data cleaning activations and monitor store data collection.
Private Client Relations (International, EMEA & Local Events client organization):
- Creating experiences for our International & EMEA events (from the organization of their travel, hospitality, welcome gifts etc.)
- Organize with the stores and EMEA/ Central teams on all Virtual Bridge opportunities.
- Supporting the Local Events Manager with the client aspect of all local events/ animations. Leading with her/him on the key actions plans to utilize existing and sourcing new suppliers and locations.
- Organization and selecting the client gifting and monitoring of store gift inventories.
- Managing and monitoring the client development budget and store client entertainment budget. Working directly with store teams and also Finance.
Business Development:
- Working with new and existing 3rd party businesses – from restaurants to specific gifting for special occasions or associated to specific events.
- Creating new and developing existing Personal Shopper & Interior Designer commission contracts. Working alongside Zone and Finance to provide updates on commission generated and making sure payments are made efficiently.
Team Management:
- Ensure close collaboration with all stores, client service & WEB and also Head Office with regards to all client activities. Particular partnership with the Merchandising, Events, Digital, Press & Training teams.
- Managing the Client Development Coordinator on all Client Analytics & Insights and Private Client Relations topics.
- Leading and developing all store and client services Private Client Managers and Clienteling Ambassadors.
