Job Description:

We are looking for a great communicator and people person who will thrive in this role. The Client and Operations Executive role will involve supporting the operations manager with the day to day running of the business; communicating with clients, managing enquiries and supporting our coaches.  They will help ensure an exceptional client experience at every step of the journey, so innovating, problem solving and strategizing are all part of the role. 

Even though we are well-established, we have a start-up vibe; we expect you to have a 'can do' attitude and bring ideas to the table, and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all areas of the business. 

 

The person we’re looking for has/is:

  • Excellent customer service skills. We’re looking for someone who delights in providing a brilliant service for clients; and who is always exploring new initiatives to improve the customer experience.
  • Forward thinking, proactive and creative, self-motivated and ready to roll sleeves up and get stuck in.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Warm and positive personality. A team player.
  • Ability to spin plates and prioritise efficiently, ensuring the customer is at the heart of every decision. 
  • A passion for the personal development industry and a drive to learn about business.
  • Someone who shares our values of going above and beyond.
  • Confident using software such as GMail, Google Drive, CRM System (we use Hubspot).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist colleagues with handling all incoming enquiries via phone & email
  • Updating  & checking status of client bookings and managing coaches’ calendars 
  • Provide excellent customer service to all our clients, on-boarding of new clients and renewal of existing clients and strategize and implement plans for increased customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist operations manager with research and get involved in upcoming new projects
  • Co-develop and implement ideas and processes to improve the client experience
  • Meticulous updates of CRM (Hubspot) and Booking System (Acuity)
  • Managing use of google reviews, client testimonials/reviews on LSW website and marketing materials
