CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join the team located in Hereford.
Job purpose:
Reporting directly to Cleaning Supervisor. The purpose of this role is to provide and deliver the best value & quality special cleaning service through completing duties to the CBRE Cleaning SOP’s and site rules
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure safe working practices through Health & Safety standards
Ensure all areas and all tasks are undertaken to a good standard and own areas kept clean
Assist planning manager as required.
Work and organize in 5s standards
Ensure all work tasks are responded to quickly and efficiently
Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for holidays and sickness
Mobility of labour covering the Marlbrook/Mondelez/CBRE sites covering numerous activities
Meet company expectations in relation to conduct and performance
Ensure equipment is cleaned free from any debris, signed back to production, if loose parts ensure they are stored with sheet covering.
Undertake any training your managers seem necessary to enhance cleaning standards and performance.
Report any pest activity to line manager
Adhere to GMP training
Adhere to company SOP’s to job specification i.e PPE etc.
Report any health and safety hazards to line manager and via the reporting tool also
Raise job SR’s if equipment or area has faults or unsafe objects that need attention
Using equipment and mechanical aids to perform tasks
Flexible on shift work – days, nights, weekdays and weekends.
