Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in managing the planning cycle for an organization with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
• Experience with Web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing a team of engineers and setting long term direction.
• Experience with CMS tools as well as building web apps.
• Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders on the direction of projects and future resourcing needs.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
