About you

The role offers a great opportunity to work alongside the founder on some of the most critical business goals: fundraising, growth and media presence. I'm not looking for an EA, I'm looking for a partner, someone I can trust with some of the most important business objectives.

We're looking for someone early in their career that wants to get real on the ground experience in a startup that is preparing for hypergrowth.

We want a self-starter that is curious and eager to learn at lightning speed.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff role is one of the most difficult to prescribe a fixed set of responsibilities for.

One day, you'll help prepare the fundraising by creating target lists of investors and automating the outreach process.
On another day, you'll be editing content to be pushed on social channels.
Sometimes, you'll pitch in to do some operational work to support growth or help on product development.

What we can guarantee is that you'll learn, a lot.
