As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and assume a hands-on role with a small finance team. This role will see you managing the transactional finance and statutory reporting through to the production of value-add management reports, the execution of funding and capital strategies and financial modelling for current and new business projects. You will also be a key input into new commercial strategies in conjunction with the CEO and Board.

CA qualified, you will have a proven track record working as a CFO in a rapidly expanding small cap ASX business or be a GM of Finance or Group Financial Controller looking for their first CFO role, ideally with IPO . You will have 10+ years' experience in a highly progressively responsible financial leadership role, preferably with exposure to the e-commerce, retail or start up world. You will need a flexible, proactive / self-starter attitude and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation will also be the key to your success. Lastly, you will also need to be a hands-on manager with a strategic focus and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Those who have run an IPO or worked in an ASX will be preferred.
