Available Roster: 

Tuesday 8.30am-5pm,

Wednesday 8am-4.30pm,

Thursday 9am-4.30pm,

Friday 8.30-5pm

Friday 10am-6pm,

Saturday 7.45am-4.30pm

Saturday 9.30am-6pm

Saturday 10am-6pm

 Key accountabilities of the role include:

• Providing top quality service to our valued customers
• Handling of customer queries, Answering in-bound calls
• Processing customer orders with excellent customer service
• Cash handling, opening, and/or closing shifts
• Effective communication skills both oral and written
• Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
• SAP experience would be an advantage

What are we looking for;

• Applicants must have no pre-existing medical conditions that might impact ability to perform the duties), able to work a rostered weekend.
• Previous customer service and FMCG experience
• Sap and Salesforce knowledge would be advantage.
• A team player who can work autonomously
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think customer in everything they do.
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• A work ethic which is second to none.
• You will also have the ability to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks and easily pick up or learn new systems or processes
• Be flexible to work extra/ shift roster days when required.
• Cash handling experience and basic math's skills.
• Have excellent references around working independently without supervision.
• Be physically fit, due to the heavy lifting required 20kg
• Must have their own transport.
• Have extremely good attendance records and be able to provide multiple references of good attendance in previous work.
• Previous Supervisor experience would be an advantage
