Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi -  Our Role
We are currently recruiting for change management professionals to join our Wellington and Auckland based teams. As a Change Manager, you will work within a skilled team of professionals and you will be an important member of the Change Enablement team, responsible for working primarily with project teams to advice on best practice, delivering people-centric change initiatives that encompass a wide range of change. Examples include office moves, technology developments, upgrades, and policy implementation.
You will need to be adept at influencing both leaders and team members as you guide them through change. This includes having the courageous conversations that are needed, whilst also being the ultimate diplomat, supporting change through a variety of innovative toolsets.
Partnering with the business, you will agree on strategies, methodologies and tools to maximise desired objectives while always considering the most efficient ways of reaching key milestones.
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working advocating for change, in fact you will thrive on it! We want to help prepare our people to operate differently in line with our organisational strategy.
