About the Team

 

The Workplace Change and Integration Team are excited to offer a fixed term opportunity to join the team as a Change Lead Implementation. This role leads projects that deliver changes to the way people experience our workplaces at Transport for NSW.

 

Key accountabilities

 

Contribute to the development of the overall change management strategy for Workplaces.

Coordinate the development of current state analysis for each Business Unit for the various change streams (Technology, Accommodation and Ways of Working) and understand the impacts of change across multiple business units.

Develop and implement a change,  communication and engagement plan for  workplaces project/s

Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk and issues registers for workplaces project/s, and monitor and report against progress

Coordinate and manager stakeholder engagement for the project/s, consistent with the overall Workplaces program

Develop, coordinate and deliver innovative, interactive and hands-on change strategies designed to build change readiness for staff and the business.

Provide guidance and oversight to Change Analysts to achieve delivery against project and change milestones.

Collaborate with peers and colleagues in project and business as usual (BAU) teams responsible for delivery of project outcomes to ensure identification of change and communication requirements and development of strategies to assist with the embedding of change.

 

The opportunity

 

The Change Lead Implementation will be responsible for the overall change approach for a range of workplaces projects, encompassing technology, accommodation and ways of working and contributing to the development of the overall change plan for Workplaces. The Change Implementation lead will also develop the change and communication plan for their project/s,  liaise with project and BAU staff responsible for delivery of streams and oversee the activities of change analysts and project officers.

Develop and utilise a range of project tools and documents, including proposals,  plans, briefs, and reports, to support effective project planning and delivery

Monitor and report on key aspects of project progress, including risk management, contingency planning, and quality measures, to identify and address issues, assess project effectiveness, and achieve defined outcomes

Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate a range of communication activities including briefings, workshops, and presentations to build awareness and promote project outputs

Provide project management, coordination and support across a range of People and Culture - Workplace initiatives to deliver outputs that are on time, within budget and meet quality requirements

Undertake research and provide informed recommendations to support the development, delivery and evaluation of a range of projects and initiatives to achieve against the People Strategy

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Grade 9 plus superannuation and leave loading.
