We’re looking for a Change and Release Analyst to join our Service Management team. You’ll join our friendly and close knit Technology team at a time of huge transformational change, in a role that acts as an ideal entry point into a hugely fast paced and constantly evolving environment. 

 

Acting as the gatekeeper for change requests from both technical and non-technical teams across the organisation, this is a rare opportunity to partner with senior leaders from across the entire Technology department, and will allow you to utilise your excellent relationship building skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders.

 

You’ll also be accountable for:

  • Managing changes that are raised by both Morrisons Technology teams and non technical business areas, ensuring they are tracked, monitored and reviewed accordingly.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand and assess change requirements.
  • Supporting the wider Service Management team with ad-hoc requests, reviewing processes with a continuous improvement mindset.

About You

You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

 

  • A good technical understanding and understanding of change management principles
  • Solid knowledge of service management, ideally you will have used Service Management software - we use ServiceNow.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to rapidly forge robust working relationships with senior stakeholders.
