What you’ll do:
Working directly with the Senior Change & Project Manager as a Change & Project Lead you will lead on change and projects in the delivery of our learning to support our customer, colleague, commercial and change priorities. This includes:
Accountability for the end to end management of projects and programmes within your portfolio
Working in partnership with the Comms, Design and Learning teams to deliver highly effective, efficient and creative learning solutions
Proactively lead projects within Comms & Learning for future business and colleague initiatives that will drive key business outcomes
Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather and validate learning requirements and define key success measures
Lead and manage stakeholder relationships with senior business contacts and SMEs across Sky
Supporting and working to effective governance and plans for the Projects in our portfolio.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a Change /Project Management role ideally in the delivery of learning solutions
A minimum of 2 years strategic communications and or learning project management experience
Track record of delivering change and multiple projects with tangible results
Recent experience working to deadlines in a high pressured environment with confidence to work at a pace and continually push boundaries
Experienced influencer and collaborator with the ability to build and engage, manage and update cross functional stakeholder groups
An understanding of how to build and land large scale and effective learning and comms solutions in customer management environments
Experience of working across various learning solutions with a focus on virtual and digital solutions
Lead by example, role model the Sky Values & Sky Leadership Behaviours in how they approach their activities.
