What you’ll do:
Owning and managing the delivery of all change, planning and project activity for these changes
Working in partnership with the Comms, Design and Learning teams to deliver highly effective, efficient and creative learning solutions
Management of key stakeholder relationships with senior business contacts and SMEs across Sky
Ensure your team builds a supply and demand forecast of resource, including the prioritisation alongside our wider portfolio of programmes and projects
Lead the project team from around the directorate to establish effective governance and plans for the Programmes and Projects in your portfolio.
Lead and encourage this project team to be accountable within their scope of responsibility
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a senior Change /Project Management Role with a minimum of 2 years essential communications and or learning project management experience
At least 2 years’ experience of analytics and measurement reporting with a track record of delivering major change and delivering tangible results
Comfortable and confident in an environment that moves at a pace and continually pushes boundaries
Experienced influencer and collaborator at Director & Head of level – able to build effective relationships across all levels
A strong and confident people leader who can inspire and engage a team, led by example, role model the Sky Values & Sky Leadership Behaviours in how they approach their activities.

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
Leeds:
Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There’s also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
Livingston Watermark House:
Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
You’ll be well fed at our subsidised canteen, and you can keep in shape at our onsite gym. Or play a game of pool or table tennis.
