Reverse Media Group is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, they are looking to roll out one of their latest products into a new company and need someone to take charge, run and grow the business. 

The product is a SaaS startup in the productivity space, with the goal to change and improve the way people browse the web. Currently it acts as a Chrome Extension that changes the UI of the browser and has a number of features that improve workflow and task execution, we are also working on our own browser. Upon launch it organically grew to 10K+ users and has 100+ paying customers. We have had great feedback and are now looking for someone to take it to the next stage.

The team consists of 5 people, full and part time, smart and ambitious. We are looking for an innovative and organised leader to manage the day to day operations. Days will consist of working with the development team to progress product advancements, plan & execute marketing and partnerships, be the front person for the startups’s PR, implement sophisticated product monetisation methods, build forecasts, hire and build a world class team as well as work with senior management at Reverse Media Group on the strategic direction. Within the first few months the person in this position will also need to raise money externally, the business has strong investable metrics and even a deck ready to send out.

We are not looking for someone with 20+ years experience in all these areas, but exposure to them is required. For this role we will be ranking aptitude and ambitious above experience. The CEO of Reverse Media Group will be involved regularly to provide any advice, this is a great opportunity to work closely with a tech entrepreneur who has had a number of online successes. There will be equity on offer and an expectation of founder / self starter mentality, we are looking for them to truly innovate within the business, from product innovation to innovative scaling techniques. The role will be largely remote but you must be able to come into London at least once a week.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience leading and scaling a start-up through growth hacks
• Strong Academic record
• P&L experience
• Prior working experience in developing digital products and innovating features
• Passion for productivity and tech
• UK based.
