Join us as a CEO Content Manager

  • This is a chance to build on your existing social media content experience in an influential and collaborative team
  • You’ll be sourcing, writing and publishing content for the CEO’s social medial channels, collaborating with internal and external digital teams
  • You'll benefit from excellent exposure in this role, as well as the opportunity to build strong working relationships and gain an insight into our CEO office

What you'll do

As our CEO Content Manager, you’ll be providing content and support to our CEO communication managers to create new content and ensure consistency between our internal and external social media channels. With your creativity and expertise, you’ll be helping to write content for CEO communications – including written messages and briefings – and recommending the correct channel to use to maximise engagement.

You’ll be the team’s content expert, working with internal and external digital teams on the CEO’s social media engagement on LinkedIn and Workplace and making sure the content and tone of voice is consistent.

You’ll also be:

  • Managing the CEO communications calendar and coordinating the CEO communications team's submissions for the CEO weekly reading pack
  • Using data-driven insight and measurement of activity to objectively track progress and prepare recommendations, particularly for social media engagement
  • Supporting our CEO communication managers with set piece events such as One Bank leadership team sessions, colleague engagement sessions, financial results and key public speaking events
  • Responsible for planning and budgets

The skills you'll need

To make an impact with us, you’ll need excellent copywriting skills along with a strong understanding of social media channels and developing and delivering social media content.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced and high profile communications team
  • Experience of being involved in communication events, campaigns and measurement
  • Budget management and planning experience
