If so, look no further! Randstad are looking for a passionate Centre Director who can positively lead an excellent team based in Wellington. Your new role will include Managing and building strong, trusted relationships with whānau and team members. This is a permanent or long term opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing your team and growing their potential by role modeling, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Continuing to provide an environment where children are inspired and empowered to be curious and capable learners.
  • Competently managing key operational tasks and financial performance

Requirements:

  •  NZ Qualified and registered in Early Childhood or Primary (level 7)
  •  Experience in a similar role, or if you have leadership experience we would love to hear from you
