About the role

Joining our close-knit team, you will be reporting directly to Group Manager for Community Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) with your primary focus being to assist the greater team across projects, planning, events and team coordination.
In this 12-month contract role, you will share your passion for CDI through your multi-faceted work within the team including to:
Manage our Diversity and Inclusion Scorecard reporting
Coordinate social investment opportunities
Support industry membership opportunities and be actively involved with mentoring and award programs
Please note, this position offers flexible working options for its corporate staff including job share and work from home.
About you
Have a calling for connecting people through community relations and passion for diversity and inclusion
Have some industry experience in communication, event planning and program coordination, preferably across Construction or Mining
Possess strong relationship building skills, and be a confident communicator across multiple levels and stakeholders
You must be able to demonstrate your previous successes within the space and be excited to jump in with a large multi-national business
Flexibility to travel domestically as required.
