Join us as a Customer Due Diligence Quality Assurance Lead
We’re looking for a Customer Due Diligence Quality Assurance Lead, who’ll embed a risk centric and efficient delivery within quality and standards. You’ll implement a quality assurance function over all business areas, defining strategy and designing and delivering assurance methods against internal and external standards and policy.
With expert leadership and motivational skills, you’ll drive a quality assurance team to deliver compliant quality assurance services across the end to end CDD life cycle from onboarding to in-life and remediation processes.

We’re looking for someone with a background in the banking industry and environment, preferably coupled with financial crime or assurance experience. You’ll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the bank.
