About the role

At Sodexo, we believe it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. To provide an excellent service, we have a team of dedicated Catering Managers behind us, and we currently have a vacancy for you to join our amazing team!

When you join us, you’ll be the face of the food service and own the front and back of house service in our prestigious building! You’ll be responsible, but not limited to the following:

• Control all costs such as labour, expenses, cash purchases as agreed with your line manager.
• Ensure tariff prices are correct, that all catering services are costed and charged according to the terms of the contract and that the ROL program is fully adhered to.
• Maintain levels of stock, cash, local credit and debt outstanding to the agreed establishment targets.
• Recruit, manage, induct, train and motivate staff to promote good employee relations.
• Comply with all company and client policies and site regulations, including health and Safety and COSHH

A few things about you

When you join us, we want you to bring you keen eye for detail, your can-do attitude, you’re your previous experience in customer service.

Ensuring you bring you self-motivation, you numerical and organisational skills with you! This will certainly tick the box! Your flexible approach will bring opportunities to work different and exciting events!

• Monday – Friday
• 7am – 3:30pm (but be flexible up to 5pm)
• 40 hours per week
• £13.36 per hour
