Seeking an experienced Buyer to join a brand new fully digital eCom retailer that is about to launch into the NZ market!

This is a pivotal role for this company, we are looking for a high performing Buyer, with proven experience working within an omnichannel B2C retail business. You will be given the opportunity to take complete ownership of and drive your own growing portfolio. 

• A core part of your role will be supplier relationships and negotiation and sourcing new suppliers and products 
• Foster your existing relationships with suppliers and build new partnerships to ensure they always have market-leading products, best terms and prices 
• Managing the sales and profitability targets for the technology and electronics portfolio
• Drive business opportunities and implement strategies to ensure that this omnichannel retail business grows from strength to strength
• Price hierarchy and price points which achieve brand and financial targets
• Effective product and range planning, sourcing and supply - both local and offshore
• Be on the pulse of industry trends & and competitor analysis
• Ensuring stock turnover is monitored and managed effectively 

To be considered for this gritty and exciting role you will have a good depth of Buying experience specifically within an omnichannel B2C retail business. Have strong existing supplier relationships, be innovative, commercially astute and able to think outside the square and take the business to the next level!
