It is a very exciting time for us at the Mackenzie District Council. We are on a transformational journey, and we have opportunities for experienced, motivated, and professional Customer Services Officers to become part of our Customer Services teams based in Twizel and Fairlie on a casual basis.
As one of our Customer Service Officers you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including handling the various needs of our communities, deliver services to NZ Post customers, data entry, preparation of LIM's (Land Information Memorandums), dog registrations, cash receipting and general administration and general customer service tasks (to name just a few!!).
You will need at least two or more years of demonstrated customer service experience, be computer savvy and be able to use all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite. You'll also need to have a background in administration and can be flexible and adaptable as there will be times when we will need you at short notice. We have roles available at both of our offices in Twizel and Fairlie.
