Specialising in dementia care, we recognise that everyone is at a different stage of their care journey. That’s why we work with each resident – and their friends and family – to draw up an individualised care plan that best meets their particular needs.

As Care Assistant you will provide support in assisting residents with activities of daily living as well as assist residents with personal care. You will work as part of the care staff team to ensure the residents are able to live a life that they desire, within the safety and parameters of 24-hour care.

We are looking for Care Assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people. This could be either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.

You will be providing personal care to residents, as well as supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities. This includes arts and crafts, music, trips and regular themed events.

Can you show us how you would treat our residents, for whom our home is their home, with the dignity and respect they have a right to expect?
