This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and forward-looking Estates Team at National Museums Liverpool. Help develop and drive the Estates Capital Project plan to ensure that National Museums Liverpool can provide a standard of excellence across the sector.

Work to reduce energy consumption through Capital Expenditure and develop a more sustainable carbon footprint for the Estate.

You will be joining a team which has recently undergone significant transformation and is hungry to develop. We are looking to make our mark and ensure we provide safe and exciting premises for both staff and the public.

You must be able to develop strong relationships and work across a large portfolio of heritage buildings, working closely with the Head of Estates and the team to ensure that high priority works are completed within time and to budget.

You must be competent in the use of Office 365 applications and have the ability to work within a team, as well as on an individual basis.

This position would be ideal for those seeking to further their careers in Project Management and are on the RICS Project Management pathway.
