Job Purpose:
This position is within the Citi EMEA Campus Talent Acquisition Team which comprises Campus Recruitment and Program Management. The job holder will support Campus Program Managers in their day-to-day management of our Early Career Programs across EMEA.
Job background/context:
The EMEA Campus Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA hires.
Key responsibilities:
Program Management Support
Responsible for supporting program managers in organising and executing effective rotations and placements within specific business areas to ensure that both individual development needs and business needs are met.
Responsible for coordinating and collating performance management documentation in line with pre-defined deadlines for program participants across multiple business areas in the EMEA region.
Responsible for supporting the Campus Talent Acquisition Team with initial training program logistics including: liaising with external training vendors, planning events, organising business speaker series and coordinating training schedules.
Support with continuous development of early career populations including managing ongoing training and exams, organising and hosting catch-up conversations, planning and executing engagement activities.
Responsible for supporting Program Managers with Mobility requirements for international rotations including: visa process and central accommodation management.
Support with the roll out of Mentoring Programs.
Adhoc project support and any team related event management.
