Job Purpose
This position is within the Citi EMEA Campus Talent Acquisition Team which comprises campus recruitment and program management. The job holder will support the development of a specific group of Citi’s early career populations through its program lifecycle.
The role also includes involvement with regional and global recruitment and development projects.
The EMEA Campus Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the recruitment and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of a cohort of Citi’s analyst, associate and apprenticeship populations through the management of well-executed programs
• Act as the HR point of contact for the assigned population according to business area and/or geography
• Responsible for organising and executing effective rotations and placements to ensure that both individual development needs and business needs are met
• Partner with business stakeholders and HR Partners to continually improve programs
• Work with Early Career Learning & Development team on the execution of training within the programs
• Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for the assigned population
• Support the mid and long term career development of the assigned population by providing career coaching
• Partner with HR Generalists/Advisors and Employee Relations to solve any issues that develop within the assigned population
• Partner with HR Generalists/Advisors and Regional Reward teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process
• Ensure that all program participants and managers are fully trained and briefed on all aspects of the program life-cycle
• Develop analyst mentoring schemes
• Support the Campus Talent Acquisition team regionally and globally on development projects and initiatives
Person Specification
• Early careers program management / learning and development experience
• Process oriented, data driven with experience of HCM systems (e.g. Workday)
• Proactive, strong communicator with the ability to work across organizational boundaries in order to deliver
Qualifications:
• Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
