The Buyer will report directly to the Buying Manager for our fabulous department of Fine Watches. This is an end-to-end trading role focussed on the sourcing, buying and selling of the highest quality product at the lowest price. You will spend time building supplier relationships and understanding the customer, and always be on the lookout for new and exquisite products to wow our customers. You will continuously analyse range performance and have a clear oversight of trends and opportunities in the market. This is an omnichannel (store, .com).

Where relevant, you will also be responsible for the identification, on-boarding and ongoing management of brands operating within a concession model.

About You

You must be able to demonstrate excellent buying skills including supply management, price architecture, range building, quality and merchandise management. You will need to have exceptional negotiation skills as you will be responsible for supplier negotiations to source product at the lowest cost and highest quality within own category, working alongside the Buying Manager in more complex negotiations. You will need to display strong time management and leadership skills.

Please note that with this position, you will be required to travel.
