As a member of the Transformation team, you will have a prominent role in shaping and delivering transformation across Sky Media

What you’ll do:
– Help to shape the direction of our strategic transformation â€“ navigate through ambiguity and provide clarity of thoughts
– Define propositions and go-to-market plans – translate into cross workstream requirements and delivery/change management plans. View of how propositions sit in the market
– Implement the transformation into the business – understand complex operating models and how they need to simplify and change. Frame the conversations on what changes are needed and gain business acceptance
– Programme Management – meeting co-ordination and documentation, management of milestones and end to end project plan. Flagging and resolving issues as they arise. Represent business workstreams at Steering Groups
– Prepare simple and effective materials/reporting for executive level interaction, including overall status reports, decision making decks, documentation of new workflows and operating models
– Collaborate with multiple teams and functions across UK, Italy, Germany and Ireland

What you’ll bring:
– Able to demonstrate a strong track record of success (within Sky or externally), broad based business knowledge and an approach to delivery that is transferable to the challenges that will be faced in this role
– A results orientated mind-set and able to evidence meeting all goals, targets and deadlines and deliver business plan objectives
– A strong communicator (and listener) to all levels – able to translate messages into straightforward and simple manner.
– Able to build effective relationships and collaborate with a range of individuals at all levels in the organisation
– Experience in project, programme or change management
– A knowledge of linear or digital advertising and/or working in a broadcaster or media company
– Proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional settings
