What you’ll do:

Business as Usual activities:

• Understand the Group Workplace Solutions services roadmaps for new or changed services/products identifying ways to mitigate user impact and ensure our users receive maximum value from the changes

• Seek feedback about our services and products from business teams to handle the relationship with our Enterprise Technology Solutions stakeholders. Represent the business in development, design and testing stages of service/product delivery to ensure our offerings deliver business benefits

• Support the adoption of Group Workplace Solutions services within the wider business

• Work with internal communications representatives and brand teams to create communication campaigns advising users about our services and products and addressing common feedback and questions

• Implement training strategies for new or existing services and products

• With Sky Germany and Sky Italy colleagues, create and maintain the strategy and collateral for ongoing corporate training on the technology systems and tools provided by Sky Group Enterprise Technology Solutions

• Analyse usage data to understand metrics to inform adoption and communication strategies

Project-based activities:

• Leading projects of varied nature on behalf of Workplace Solutions, during initiation and definition

• Liaising with external consultants for best practice advice

• Capturing requirements, assessing them against different tools

• Drafting Exec-level briefings

• Drafting business cases and funding requests

What you’ll bring:

• Be a people person with interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• A customer-centric approach to end user support and engagement

• An ability to learn about new technologies for the workplace and evaluate their impact on end users

• Experience of working collaboratively with cross disciplined teams

• A creative eye with an appreciation of the Sky brand framework

• Effective written communication to inform users and inspire adoption

• Ideally, strong analytical and data analysis skills

• Ideally, experience of creating learning and development solutions for technology services

• Ideally, experience of creating engaging and informative collateral

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
