We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Business Systems Specialist (POS & Digital Solution) whom enjoys working in a team environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be part of an amazing and exciting IT team reporting into the National IS&T manager.  The role will be give you exposure to senior stakeholders.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• Conduct Analysis of existing and future system solutions for Compass Group, NZ.
• Provide Support for key applications and system interfaces.
• Independently manage small & medium sized Systems project
• Provide general application support to on-site users located all over the country.
• Create and maintain system and user documentation.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Assist with system testing.
• Assists with system and site deployments.

He kōrero mōu / About you:

• Conduct Analysis of existing and future system solutions for Compass Group, NZ.
• With sound technical skills, you will:
• have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role working for a food or support service contractor.
• This will involve the setup of items such as point of sale (POS) and associated applications.
• be a strong communicator (written and verbal) and demonstrate the ability to add value, improve efficiency and be innovative.
• have an ability to work within tight deadlines with minimal supervision,
• have an excellent knowledge of all computer packages specifically with POS, and be highly organised and accurate. 
• Experience with Agile would be an advantage but not essential.

To be considered for this position you: 

• will be a New Zealand citizen or resident or be in position of a valid NZ work visa.
• will need to Pass a Pre-employment Background Check.
• will need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination status OR may need to provide evidence of a Covid-19 vaccination status.
